Private yacht charters
How your charter enquiry information is used.
A name, email address and phone number are required by the enquiry form. You can add your date, the number joining you and ideas for the day. The message is not a place to send card details, copies of passports or other sensitive documents.
What happens to the enquiry details
We use the details in your request to get back to you about the Tropez day or stay you described. Where preparing an offer requires a charter provider’s input, relevant information from that request may be discussed with that provider. A later booking process should make clear who provides the charter and which terms apply.
Questions or correction
If the information you sent needs correcting or deleting, write through the contact form. Some records may still be needed for a transaction already under way or a legal obligation. Make sure anyone whose contact details you provide knows you are sharing them.
Browser storage
The shortlist works on your device, without a user account. This browser retains identifiers for saved yacht models, which you can remove on the saved page or clear with the site’s browser data. The website has no advertising pixels or analytics service. Form-security measures help limit automated and abusive submissions.
