Two ways to think about Saint-Tropez
Sainte-Maxime can be discussed as part of the Gulf outline. It is not automatically an extra embarkation point or a promised shore visit. The yacht’s actual departure arrangement belongs at the start of the route conversation.
Put the route into the quotation
Ask how fuel is handled for the proposed outline, when guests board and when they return. Confirm the port and any delivery cost before arranging transport. More distance is not necessarily more value when it leaves less time for the reason you wanted to go out.

Send the date, party size and a short list of priorities. The response should connect those preferences to a named yacht, a realistic duration and the services you want included.
Let one stop be the important one
If lunch ashore matters, discuss the landing or transfer and reservation separately. If the group mainly wants time aboard, leave more room to choose a comfortable place on the day. A named beach or bay does not guarantee a suitable or permitted anchorage.
